The Black Sea Cyber Security Conference 2017
March 22, 2017 @ 8:00 pm - March 24, 2017 @ 2:00 pm€150
The maritime domain is a vast network of agencies, shipping companies, insurance companies, offshore and onshore operators, port operators, authorities and other stakeholders that must concentrate their work in synchronicity to prevent maritime cyber-attacks.
This would be a proof of operational excellence. An oasis we are all seeking but it is very seldom achieved and sometimes even ignored in favor of more and faster revenue.
Cyber-attacks are highly disruptive to business. Human life threatening. Incredibly well organized. Difficult to prevent and track down.
The Black Sea Maritime Security Conference (BSCySeC) aims at rising awareness, building a proactive network and introduce a new living lab related to the regional and sectorial risks of cyber security.
Constanta Maritime University and Inomar Cluster have invited reputable subject matter experts, academia, business and public sector representatives for two days talks, demonstrations, study cases and presentations on maritime cyber security.
The conference content will bring about latest developments led by organizations such as IMO, USCG, DG MOV, INTERPOL, IPP but also the relevant Romanian agencies and regional port authorities.
We have secured a highly interactive atmosphere, relevant participants and your best social experience in the peaceful Black Sea city-port of Constanta, Romania.
